What's in your products?
Here at E'sine Naturals, we pride ourselves on using natural products; up to 85% organic and 100% natural. Please be sure to take the time to read the ingredient list before purchasing your products; especially if you have allergies. We want you to be able to fully enjoy the #Esine experience with no adverse reactions.


This product feels and looks a bit different from the one that I purchased previously. Why is that? Our products are made to order and due to the nature of utilizing all natural ingredients, it is possible to get varying shades, textures and scents. However, we do try our best to constantly and consistently produce the products that you have grown to love.


I want to return my products. How do I do that? Due to the nature of this business, all orders are made to order; therefore, all sales are final. However, we will accommodate replacements or refunds for orders that we may have filled inaccurately.


I think I may have had an allergic reaction to one of your products.
Please discontinue the use of the product until you have been seen by a doctor to determine what caused the adverse reaction.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (US based), including PayPal.

When can I expect my order to ship? We make all products to order. Due to this, products are produced in-house and by hand. Allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed, produced and shipped.

I need a "rush order". But I do not see the option for expedited shipping. Why is this? All orders are hand made to order. At this time, we do not have the ability to offer expedited shipping.
